Strawberry Cloud Dessert

Strawberry Cloud Dessert is an easy no-bake summer dessert that is light and fresh and as fluffly as a cloud.

I love fruity desserts in the summertime. Hot weather has me shying away from rich, heavy chocolate desserts (gasp–I know!) and craving light and fresh treats instead. Do you feel the same way?

This Strawberry Cloud Dessert is named appropriately… it’s so fluffy and light that it really is like eating a cloud. The strawberries add a bit of tart brightness and the chocolate graham cracker crust is the perfect base to the fluffy marshmallow and cream layer. YUM! It really is so good and so easy to make too!

Enjoy this short, fun video showing how easily this yummy dessert comes together.
